Alright Cavs, so you are going to bring Shaq in? We have a player in Perkins who could care less. Throw anything and everything you got at him, he doesn't mind. He just shows up and does his job.

Perkins played Shaq for the majority of the minutes O'Neal was in the game. Don't get me wrong, Shaq started out by giving Perk a rough time. However, as the game went on, Perk got settled in (as did the rest of the Celtics defense) and made things extremely difficult for the big guy. Shaq ended the night with 10 points, a very fair total for putting up quick points in the first quarter. After that first quarter, Shaq couldn't figure out Perkins. Perk was throwing his shot off like crazy. He got his own shots up and put in 9 points of his own, some of which were on his short jumper from the side of the basket. What a great shot that will be for the team if he hits that consistently. Great job by the not as big as last year Center for the Celtics on the new acquisition by the Cavs.
