Indiana Pacers vs. Boston Celtics Gameday Post

Posted by B-PAUL on November 14, 2009 at 1:26 PM

                          Vs.

After a very tough loss last night at home the Celtics travel to Indianapolis today to take on the Indiana Pacers. The Celtics currently stand at 8-2 and are looking to get back on the winning side of things. The Indiana Pacers currently stand at 3-3, and are on a three game winning streak entering tonights game. The Pacers are lead by all-star forward Danny Granger and an average group of role players that are around him. Tonight's game is set to tip-off at 7PM, tune into CSNNE to watch.

Things to watch for:

  • Can the Celtics rebound against a somewhat weak opponent after a tough loss last night to Atlanta?
  • The Celtics need to do a much better job grabing rebounds tonight. Hopefully Doc had a good talk with the team about boxing out.
  • Last night the team seemed to struggle with ball movement, they need to do a better job moving the ball around on the offensive end.
  • Look for Rondo to be more active on the offensive end tonight. Rondo is the key to our offense and needs to make sure that it is there tonight.
  • Danny Granger guaranteed a Pacers win tonight, if they pull it off we may need to question the NBA.

There will be no live chat tonight, both of us have other commitments. Tune in to GJ after the game for recaps and opinions from tonights game.
