Apparently the Celtics didn't get the memo that there was a game last night...

You WHAT?? Got demolished by 29 points on your home floor after controlling the majority of the 2 games played in Cleveland?
Many, many things occurred over the course of this game. There were some things that I mind, and some things I don't mind. Some things just can't be stopped. When the Celtics defender have hands in the face of the Cavs players and the continue to hit shot after shot, that is simply when good offense beats good defense. Then there are plays like when Perkins gets a block, hustles to get the ball, throws it back in bounds...... Directly to Antawn Jamison who was the only Cav in the area and has a clear path to a wide open lay up. As a team that means it it simply not your night.
There was, however, a way to combat that. I didn't see any effort in the 2nd half that made me believe the Celtics could come back. There were 2 hustle plays I saw the entire 2nd half and one was what I mentioned above, and the 2nd was a Rondo rebound in the fourth. Swarming defense went into hiding. Boxing out and crashing the boards was invisible (out rebounded 45-30).
Yes, the Cavs played above themselves, but atleast show me a little hustle from time to time(preferably all the time). This is the playoffs, and that game never, not for one second felt like a playoff game. That ranged from the late arriving crowd, to the lack of energy on the court.
