Here at Gino's Jungle we like to give credit to other Celtics blogs and news sources around the web. Although we do own our own blog we are constantly reading great material from other Celtics news sources. With that being said, we would like to take the time to recognize the great work that's out there and give you some good reads for your downtime. Here is today's daily dip of Celtics news.

Red's Army (.406): Just what did Mark Blount teach Perk, exactly?

"What the EFF did Mark Blount teach Perk? I'm just going to assume it's all the bad stuff like "how to sit in a crouch while defenders catch up to you and negate any good offensive move you've made" or "how to run from a rebound a like you're an 18 year girl being chased in a horror flick"."

ESPN Boston (Chris Forsberg): No defense for this horror show

"Adjustments almost certainly have to made, particularly after a Boston team that prides itself on defense gave up 124 points on its home court in a swing game of a best-of-seven series. Boston is staring at a 2-1 hole and, if adjustments aren't made, they won't be watching film much longer."

Cavs: The Blog (John Krolik): Recap: Cavs 124, Celtics 95

"A lot of times in the regular season, the rest of the Cavs would take their foot off the gas pedal when LeBron had a huge scoring start, particularly if he was doing it from outside. On Friday night, the Cavs matched LeBron’s intensity on both ends of the floor."

Boston Globe (Paul Pierce): How fatherhood put new perspective on my life

"I think about it every time I wake up, every time I come home from practice. Now you get done with the game, you get done with practice, I can’t wait to get home and see my little daughter. No matter how your day is going, you go home, you see her, she comes running up to me and you forget all your worries."

North Station Sports (Lee Herman): How bad is LeBron's elbow? Depends on the score

"Then the Celtics annihilated the Cavs in front of God and David Stern while LeBitch tenderly touched his elbow during the second half of the game. Excuse me if I don’t shed a tear for someone who scored 24 points on 7-15 shooting and got to the line fifteen times. Oh yeah, another two chase down blocks that looked abusive."
